Asteroid (21360) BobDuff

Post by Peter Jedicke » September 17th, 2016, 4:25 pm

Congratulations to RASC London Centre member Bob Duff, who now has an asteroid in space. It is (21360) BobDuff. A nice rock about 8481 metres across, with a very low orbital inclination of 0.510 degrees. Bob has done so much work for the club and for astronomy outreach in the London area! Bob was awarded the RASC Qilak Award in 2013 in recognition of his commitment. This new honour is richly deserved. Please join me in congratulating him personally.

Well done Bob
I'd love to change the world. But I don't know what to do. So I'll leave it up to you.
